When I got home on Friday, the 9th my husband met me with roses and sparkling grape juice and asked me to go away with him for a couple of days. He had arranged the babysitter and someone to teach my Sunday School class. Of course, my delighted answer was Y-e-e-s!
We left Saturday about11:00 0'clock and went to Terre Haute where we got a motel. We had a very enjoyable weekend meandering through shops and visiting a pioneer village, covered bridges and more. It was a wonderful time for us to re-connect, talk and share with each other. We returned home Monday afternoon refreshed and ready to face life again.
ADDENDUM: For those who may be of a critical or judgmental mindset, remember the beverage was non-alcoholic
