This is the house we made an offer on for thousands less than the asking price. It was accepted. It is being sold "as is" so there is lots of work to be done to it, trash to be removed, etc. The house has around 1500 square feet. We are waiting on the bank and all the legal details there.

Holly, it looks so nice! (Much better than our house did when we moved in!) I LOVE the waterfall! And the kids will truly love those 8 acres to roam. Congratulations! That's so exciting:)
