Touching Lives

Today after the morning service the church people had a pitch-in dinner/good-by party for us. I was told not to prepare any food. They would take care of it all. (Which was a nice change.) They had gifts for us and a love offering was given. Words of appreciation were spoken and tears were shed. It was so nice to realize that we have touched lives, made a difference, and been a blessing to the people here. Our journey leads us onward but these people will always hold a special place in our hearts. They have been a blessing to us. It is great to be able to help each other along this journey to heaven. Easter Sunday is our last service here. On Monday, the 9th we get our moving truck and load up. One of the church families have invited us for supper that evening and Tuesday morning we will begin another part of this life's adventure in South Carolina.
